Citizens for Peace is an activist group committed to promoting peace and justice in southeastern New Brunswick and beyond. We are based in the Siknikt region of the ancient, unceded Mi’kmaq territory, in which the Greater Moncton Area finds itself.
On Tuesday, February 17 at 7:00 PM, a candlelight vigil will be held at the University of Moncton, at the commemorative site of the Women and Gender Equality Committee, located between the Arts building and the Rémi-Ressignol building. This event follows the recent tragic events in Tumbler Ridge.
Join us for a Peace Café on Tuesday, January 27th, from 5 PM to 7 PM at Université de Moncton's Bar Le Coude. Come share your thoughts, connect with others, and engage in inspiring conversations about peace and social justice. A guest speaker will present their experiences visiting the West Bank and a donations box will be available
