On Tuesday, February 17 at 7:00 PM, a candlelight vigil will be held at the University of Moncton, at the commemorative site of the Women and Gender Equality Committee, located between the Arts building and the Rémi-Ressignol building. This event follows the recent tragic events in Tumbler Ridge.
Candles will be provided, and several short speeches will be delivered to honor the victims and to condemn the online transphobia that arose in the aftermath of the tragedy.
